There is a lot of good information in this book that will help you but it does not put it into a neatly schedualed program like my top reccomendation does. I reccommend Prejaculation because of its easy to follow, in depth and a highly structured program. It takes the guess work out of what to do. This book come in three volumes one for beginners one for advanced learners and one on how to please your women. They are written by Gorden Lamb Ph. D. What he has a Ph. D in I really do not know but there truly are some different methods presented that are not found in the other books. The first book for beginners actually has a about 25 different methods that you can use some I have never seen and some I have seen. The biggest problem is that the author does not seem to be a native speaker of English so sometimes it can be a little difficult to read however it is very understandable and you should not have any problems with the book. Another problem is there is no table of contents so it is difficult to find your way around the book. |
